This policy explains how LUMA Sp. z o.o. (the "LumaSoft" brand) processes personal data submitted through the contact form and in e-mail correspondence, in accordance with the GDPR.

Data controller

The data controller is LUMA Sp. z o.o., seated in Warsaw, ul. Gawronia 15, 04-785 Warszawa, Poland (NIP 9522285489, REGON 544875680, KRS 0001244636). For any matter regarding personal data, contact us at Biuro@lumasoft.pl.

What data we process

We process the data you provide yourself through the contact form or by e-mail:

  • name,
  • e-mail address,
  • the content of your message,
  • technical data needed to handle the request (IP address, timestamp) — to protect against abuse.

Purpose and legal basis

We process the data to handle your enquiry and to carry on correspondence. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in replying and protecting against abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention period

We keep correspondence data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, then until any related claims lapse or until you withdraw consent — whichever comes first.

Data recipients

Data may be entrusted to providers that support the site and correspondence: the hosting provider (Cloudflare, Inc.) and an e-mail delivery provider. They process data solely on our documented instructions. We do not sell data or share it for marketing.

Your rights

In connection with the processing of your data you have the right to:

  • access your data and obtain a copy,
  • rectify (correct) your data,
  • erase your data,
  • restrict processing,
  • data portability,
  • object to processing,
  • withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal),
  • lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

Cookies

The site does not use cookies for tracking or profiling. We do not use advertising analytics or marketing cookies.

Providing data

Providing data is voluntary but necessary to answer an enquiry sent through the form.
